Community Support

What is FPC doing to help our community in need?

As our community faces many challenges due to coronavirus, tornadoes, and unemployment, many are looking for ways that we can safely make a difference.

Ways to Serve

Sometimes you don’t know what you can do at a time like this so we will post various opportunities on this link where you may find an opportunity that fits your gifts. We will include not only FPC-directed projects, but also information and needs from our local mission partners. Prayers are always needed and greatly appreciated. Please continue to check back for FPC project updates and partners’ needs.

Baskets of Hope

FPC’s Baskets of Hope will provide food, cleaning items, hygiene products, home basics, childcare products, or items just for family bonding time. Maybe the next time you go to the store or order online you can add something to your basket to share. You can also donate a laundry or other type of useful basket for these items. You can choose to fill a basket or donate any items, and we will put a basket together for you. Once a Basket of Hope is ready, we will deliver it to the mission partner with those needs. Please, only new items and no clothing other than what is listed below.

“We thank you for your consideration of giving hope to someone who needs a prayer and a little hope. Sometimes a little hope comes from small packages or in baskets,” says Annette Crout, Missions Coordinator.

Your family or a group might consider creating a basket like those listed below. An actual basket is not the only possibility – any useful container will also be welcome.
