Cowboys & Cowgirls
In keeping with the western theme for this year's Great Escape, we were greeted upon our arrival by Deputies and Cowpokes waiting to show us a right good time in the ole town. We were treated to watergun totin' rustlers (the summer staff and work crew), bronco ridin' cowboys and wagon rides for the kinfolk. Each youth and leader was roped into their "herd" and "branded" with their team sign. Figurin' we were hankerin' for some grub, we broke for the chuckwagon (that's mealtime for you city slickers) and the evening roundup. After a late night treat to ice cream (we were in the Dairy state after all), we rolled out the ole bedrolls for a very little bit of shuteye.
